How long does it take for notes to be generated?: Nova begins generating after the visit recording and transcript are ready. Timing varies with the length and complexity of the visit, and the page updates as processing completes.
Can my employer pay for my Nova Health subscription?: Absolutely. Nova Health offers a Group License option that makes it easy for an employer to pay for and manage multiple user licenses. Learn more about getting a Group License.
Will Nova Health work with Epic or other Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems?: Nova works alongside your existing EHR rather than replacing it. Review and edit the generated note in Nova, then copy the finalized documentation into your EHR workflow.
Does Nova Health use my data to train any Artificial Intelligence (AI) models?: Nova does not use customer content to train its own AI models. Customer information is processed to provide the features you request. Users can delete visits, and deleted visits remain in Trash for 30 days before permanent removal.
